The U.S.S. Simcha has set sail bringing the eager Zaidy to Camp Simcha Special. Between activities campers pick up steaming delicious hotdogs from a 20th century lower east side style hotdog vender. Hotdog in hand, campers make their way to Ductigami where they made headbands and phone cases. A wonderful aroma wafts from the baking room, where a batch of chocolate chip cookies made by the campers has just been placed in the oven. In the leather workshop masterpieces are produced by campers eagerly pounding away, and in the gym a heated game of basketball is in session.
When campers come to Scrapbooking, they decorate a wooden letter (the first l etter of their name) with colored paper, stickers, pom-poms and more. Then comes the super special activity of the day… A PETTING ZOO!!! Campers hold tiny soft ducklings, feed hungry sheep, ride a big brown horse and walk billy goats. Later everyone forms one big circle on the field and munch on some yummy snacks before rushing off to the next activity.
