Do you have what it takes to join the Camp Simcha/Camp Simcha Special staff? Every year we hire more than 300 responsible, caring, empathetic, enthusiastic upbeat young men and women,  post high school and age 18 or older. Our staff works long hours, and truthfully, it is not an easy job. However, our counselors and staff are the first to proclaim that the Camp Simcha/Camp Simcha Special experience, unparalleled for children, is also incredibly rewarding, uplifting and meaningful for staff.
